Can I put my membership on hold during the contract period? yes you can put your membership on hold for up to 2 weeks at a time.
How old do I have to be to do a class?
participants must be 15 years or older to attend classes at flow studio and must have parental permission if under 18 years old.
Please ensure you have read and understand the following terms and conditions relating to all memberships and class passes:
1. Transaction fees:
All transactions will have a transaction fee of 2% - This is to cover our card surcharge fees and expenses.
2. Auto-renewing and payments:
- Memberships and packages are set to auto-renew unless instructed otherwise by the customer.
- Auto-renewal occurs at the end of the membership or class pass duration.
- You can contact us directly at admin@flowstudiogroup.com.au if you would like to cancel auto-renewal of your next pass or membership (please note this must be done before the next auto-renewal payment comes out).
- Payments will be charged to the rate of selected class pass or membership.
3. Payment decline:
- If your payment is declined we will make daily attempts for 3 days on until the transaction is successful. If we are unable to take payment your booking abilities and access to classes will be suspended temporarily.
4. refunds:
Class passes and memberships are non-refundable.
Exceptions can be made for medical reasons - a medical certificate is required to obtain your refund.
5. Bookings and cancellations:
- Use the momence app or our website to access bookings up to 14 days in advance.
- We will hold your spot for 10 minutes If you are late - if you are more than 10 minutes late your spot may be given away to someone else or you may be refused entry by the instructor.
- You can join our waitlist if a class is full and if a spot opens up you will be automatically added into the class.
- Ensure to remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend a class.
- If you are automatically added into a class and have forgotten that you were on the waitlist and do not show you will loose the class and no show/ late cancel fees will still apply.
- All bookings and cancellations can be done via the app
- If you cancel before 3 hours of the class you will receive a credit back for your class
- A $20 late cancel fee applies if you cancel a class within 3 hours of the class time.
- A $20 fee applies if you do not cancel and do not attend the class.
- No refunds on late fees or no show unless for medical reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Liability:
- Flow studio is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property or belongings
- Class participants are voluntarily engaging in physical activity that may involve strenuous and difficult movements. It is up to the participant to be aware of the risks of injuries.
- Participants agree not to make any claims against Flow studio for property damage and or loss and or personal injury.
