Creche bookings

• Your child must be booked in for Creche, we will not accept children who have not been booked in via the app before the class.

• we cannot exceed our booking capacity for children in the creche so please do not bring your child if they have not been booked.

• Creche bookings will be closed once creche is at full capacity or if creche is not available with a class.

• Bookings for Creche will be closed 12 hours before the session.

• Please note not all classes will have creche available - we will consider opening more classes with creche if the demand is there so feel free to speak to us about this.

• our creche staff are instructed to come and get you from your class if they believe your child is too unsettled or upset, if your child is behaving Inappropriately and or posing harm or disruption to other children in the creche.

• Devices are not permitted in the creche due to safety reasons. There is a TV in the creche which the creche educator will check with parents each session that what is playing is appropriate for their child.

• Children who are not yet crawling or moving independently are encouraged to be left in the comfort of their prams - our creche directors will interact with them in their prams and will remove them from their prams if they become unsettled.

rules for entering the creche

• Flow Studio creche is a completely shoe free area - all shoes are to be left outside the studio door In the designated area before entering.

• We do not provide nappy changing services, please ensure your child has a clean nappy prior to dropping them off. we will notify you during the class if a nappy change is required or if your older child needs to be taken to the toilet.

• There is no food allowed in the creche, this is to maintain cleanliness and prevent allergy risks. Water bottles are allowed.

• Creche staff are unable to feed your children, you may leave your child with a bottle if they can hold it themselves.

• Toys from home are not permitted in the creche, we will provide toys that are safe for all ages that can be easily cleaned to uphold hygiene standards and prevent sharing of unsafe toys. comforters and blankets for young children are permitted.
